Updating the installer.py script. Removing font enable option due to issues with Debian blocking bitmaps, so I just included it as a post install option in the popup text file.
- make_html.sh in Extras which generates nice tables of icons to compare
- icons.html in each Icons subfolder
- New/changed icons to fix 4.16 changes and make the theme more consisten

This removes the old override border settings for the XFCE panel bar seeing that a border image works better and without requiring a theme override.

This commit includes theming for the Application Menu plugin. Theming for Application Menu is currently located in the whiskermenu.css configuration file.
I've made two separated versions of the gtk override configuration file (See Extra/override/). This is due to some theming that is targeted for XFCE 4.12 desktops which had a negative affect for 4.14.
Updated the INSTALL.md instructions. Moved the gtk override configuration down as an optional setting.
Themed the tasklist toggle :active state for the 4.14 panelbar.
Added theming for the new pathbar for Thunar.
Added some minor theming for the new Color Profiles XFCE application. This also included an additional override in the Extra gtk.css file.
Included the checkbutton widget selector to the focus state exclusion in the gtk3.24 gtk-widgets.css file (see line 47); and disabled the outline for focused checkbuttons.

Included a few symbolic icons for panel battery, pulseaudio, and Thunar.
Fixed an issue with focus event and treeview selection outline for the GTK filechooser and Thunar which would cause a quick visual glitch upon focus.
Updated the GTK override file to include some additional tweaks for the XFCE panelbar since it will override user themes to disable border effects when anchored to the edge of the display.
This commit includes a new style sheet for MATE desktops. It isn't fully complete, but MATE panelbars and panelbar plugins should look much better. There's still work to be made here.
Made some adjustments to GTK3 entrybox buttons and comboboxes.
Changed the panelbar launcher button default icon scale to 24px (from 26px.)
Re-worked the INSTALL.md guide to include a table-of-contents and re-write some of the instructions too.
