Yusef Aslam eb0926ec6f layout.css: remove background-color from buttons 
More styling of buttons is done in index.html since I do not know where else to do it.
This conflicts with the styling in index.html, so removed.

EMH-Mark-I 5670fde8ce Chicago95 patch fixes 
This patch addresses the following issues with some exceptions. #289 #284 #280
Updated the README.md to include the xfce4-panel-profiles as a required package.
Made a correction in the INSTALL.md doc for copying the Helvetica font.
Updated the Whisker menu panel plugin button to use the Helvetica font if it's installed.
Cosmetic updates to the XFCE panel systray, terminal, and GTK filechooser.

Addressed #160 for Ubuntu MATE OSD volume trough visibility issues.
Addressed #223 by reducing width of the window XFWM window manager theme by 1px less. (Note: the xfwm_hidpi theme needs serious work.)
Updated screenshots and README.md.
