Updated all content to the current state of P3D-Legacy-Content. Moved all maps and scripts to a definitive place for development purposes.

Made the following changes prior to QA round 2: - Finished internal QA to Mt. Silver - Fixed content in Six and Seven Island to some extent, still a WIP. - Fixed a drawing order bug related to offset maps. - Fixed offset maps not updating under certain condition
