This change adds two additional abstract base classes for the Pie ManagedObject object hierarchy: CryptographicObject and Key. Test suites are provided for each base class, using a dummy subclass of each for testing. Peter Hamilton	25c4aa90a5	Adding the ManagedObject base class ... This change adds ManagedObject, the abstract base class of the simplified KMIP object hierarchy. It defines a set of attributes common to all KMIP objects and registers placeholder methods to be implemented by all subclasses.
