+http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-cc-developers/lunasr2
+
+Download and install 32 bit JDK 8 from
+http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html
+
+Make sure the JDK's bin directory is in System path, usually, C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.8.0_60\bin
+
+Launch eclpise.exe 
+
