Basic Core Python interpreter.
This allows the Python 2.7.1 distribution to be extracted into the AppPkg/Applications/Python directory - producing the AppPkg/Applications/Python/Python-2.7.1 directory - then built for EDK II using the Standard C Libraries provided by the StdLib package. Only rudimentary functionality has been tested. Only compilation with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 has been tested for Ia32 and X64 architectures.
