SecurityPkg: TcgStorageOpalLib: Initialize SupportedAttributes parameter.

The value of SupportedAttributes in OpalGetSupportedAttributesInfo ()
is left undetermined, if the caller doesn't initialize it.
Initialize it in the function entry.
