CryptoPkg: RuntimeCryptLib: support free(NULL)
The ISO C standard says about free(), If ptr is a null pointer, no action occurs. This is not true of the RuntimeFreeMem() internal function. Therefore we must not forward the argument of free() to RuntimeFreeMem() without checking.
