MdePkg: EFI_FIRMWARE_MANAGEMENT_PROTOCOL.CheckImage() Description Update

Update description comments for IMAGE_UPDATABLE_VALID.
Add new definition IMAGE_UPDATABLE_VALID_WITH_VENDOR_CODE to FMP
CheckImage.
