OvmfPkg/VirtioFsDxe: add a shared wrapper for FUSE_FSYNC / FUSE_FSYNCDIR
The FUSE_FSYNC and FUSE_FSYNCDIR commands only differ in the opcode. Add a common function for wrapping both.
