RedfishPkg/RedfishPlatformConfigDxe: HII string is deleted unexpectedly

Browse Source 
Add the condition check when delete HII string.
Only when the HiiStatement operand equal to "EFI_IFR_STRING_OP"
and the statement value type = EFI_IFR_TYPE_STRING.
