DynamicTablesPkg/AmlLib: Enumerate memory attributes
AmlCodeGenRdQWordMemory's and AmlCodeGenRdDWordMemory's Cacheable and MemoryRangeType parameters treat specific values as having specific meanings as defined by the spec. This change adds enums to map those meanings to their corresponding values.
