MdeModulePkg CapsulePei: Convert X64/PageFaultHandler.asm to NASM

The BaseTools/Scripts/ConvertMasmToNasm.py script was used to convert
X64/PageFaultHandler.asm to X64/PageFaultHandler.nasm
