SecurityPkg/Library/Tpm2DeviceLibDTpm: fix s/Constructor/CONSTRUCTOR

The library constructor is not being called because of the typo,
causing TPM2 detection/initialization to fail.

This fixes OVMF TPM2 regression since commit f15cb995bb.
