MdeModulePkg: SNP should check Cdb.StatCode with PXE_STATCODE_SUCCESS.

This patch fixes a bug in SNP driver that the Cdb.StatCode should be check with
PXE_STATCODE_SUCCESS instead of EFI_SUCCESS.
