DynamicTablesPkg: FdtHwInfoParserLib: Remove wrong comment 

commit 13136cc311 ("DynamicTablesPkg: FdtHwInfoParserLib:
Parse Pmu info")
adds support for pmu parsing. Thus, remove the wrong comment.
