MdeModulePkg/UdfDxe: Add boundary check the read of FE/EFE

Within ReadFile():

Add checks to ensure that when getting the raw data or the Allocation
Descriptors' data from a FE/EFE, it will not consume data beyond the
size of a FE/EFE.
