OvmfPkg/VirtioFsDxe: add shared wrapper for FUSE_RELEASE / FUSE_RELEASEDIR
The FUSE_RELEASE and FUSE_RELEASEDIR commands only differ in the opcode. Add a common function called VirtioFsFuseReleaseFileOrDir() for sending either command.
