EmbeddedPkg: add missing EFIAPI calling convention specifiers

This patch is unrelated to the rest of the series; it just makes sure that
"EmbeddedPkg/EmbeddedPkg.dsc" builds for all platforms advertised in
SUPPORTED_ARCHITECTURES (in particular, X64).

No functional changes.
