UefiCpuPkg PiSmmCpuDxeSmm: Convert X64/MpFuncs.asm to NASM

The BaseTools/Scripts/ConvertMasmToNasm.py script was used to convert
X64/MpFuncs.asm to X64/MpFuncs.nasm
And, manually update it to pass build.
