OvmfPkg/QemuVideoDxe: simplify InitializeBochsGraphicsMode

struct QEMU_VIDEO_MODE_DATA has all the data needed to set the video
mode, there is no need to take the extra indirection and use
struct QEMU_VIDEO_BOCHS_MODES.
