BaseTools: fix format type build warnings

Fix build warnings of "format ?%d? expects argument of type ?int?, but
argument 5 has type ?long unsigned int? [-Wformat=]" for BaseTools,
while using "gcc version 4.8.4 (Ubuntu 4.8.4-2ubuntu1~14.04.3)".
