MdePkg BaseMemoryLibRepStr: Convert Ia32/ZeroMem.asm to NASM

The BaseTools/Scripts/ConvertMasmToNasm.py script was used to convert
Ia32/ZeroMem.asm to Ia32/ZeroMem.nasm
