MdeModulePkg SmmLockBoxDxeLib: Get SmmCommRegion for COMM buffer
REF: https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=593 Currently, SmmCommunciate fails in RestoreLockBox after SmmReadyToLock since COMM buffer is in stack instead of using SmmCommRegion by gEdkiiPiSmmCommunicationRegionTableGuid.
