ArmPlatformPkg/ArmJunoPkg : Use FdtPlatformDxe driver to install the FDT
Remove the installation of the FDT for Juno into the UEFI Configuration Table from the Juno specific DXE driver. Use the FdtPlatformDxe driver to do it instead.
