StandaloneMmPkg: Zero data structure explicitly

Introduction of the -mstrict-align flag results in GCC attempting
to use memset to zero out the InitMmFoundationSvcArgs structure.
In the absence of this C library function, this patch explicitly
zeroes this data structure prior to use.
