Enhance SCSI disk module to produce Disk Info protocol on the same Block IO handle:

SCSI Interface GUID: Physical SCSI disk
IDE  Interface GUID: ATAPI device run in legacy IDE mode
AHCI Interface GUID: ATAPI device run in AHCI mode.
