StdLib/LibC: Provide missing ARM symbols
Provide missing functionality by using files from LLVM. Changes made: - Formatting changes (tabs to spaces, DOS line endings etc). - Simplified 'int_endianness.h' to work for our case. - Added LLVM licence to the individual files.
