MdeModulePkg: Remove PcdPeiCoreMaxXXX PCDs

The codes have been updated to not use PcdPeiCoreMaxFvSupported,
PcdPeiCoreMaxPeimPerFv and PcdPeiCoreMaxPpiSupported.

The patch removes them in MdeModulePkg.dec.
