IntelFrameworkModulePkg LegacyBiosDxe: Convert X64/InterruptTable.asm to NASM

The BaseTools/Scripts/ConvertMasmToNasm.py script was used to convert
X64/InterruptTable.asm to X64/InterruptTable.nasm.
