StandaloneMmPkg: Remove definition for MM_CORE_PRIVATE_DATA
MM_CORE_PRIVATE_DATA is not used as shared structures between MM IPL and MM Core, therefore clean up definition for MM_CORE_PRIVATE_DATA.
