OvmfPkg QemuFwCfgLib: Convert X64/IoLibExAsm.asm to NASM

The BaseTools/Scripts/ConvertMasmToNasm.py script was used to convert
X64/IoLibExAsm.asm to X64/IoLibExAsm.nasm
