OvmfPkg: Improve code style/formatting in BhyveFwCtlLib.c

The code style in Library/BhyveFwCtlLib/BhyveFwCtlLib.c was very
inconsistent. Fix it to pass the ECC tool checks by typedef'ing
structs, and improve indentation.
