UefiCpuPkg: change name of gMpInformationHobGuid2

Change name of gMpInformationHobGuid2 to
gMpInformation2HobGuid. It's to align with
the file name MpInformation2.h and the
structure name MP_INFORMATION2_HOB_DATA.
