ArmPlatformPkg/PrePeiCore: remove GIC related PCDs from unicore 

Remove the PCDs gArmTokenSpaceGuid.PcdGicDistributorBase and
gArmTokenSpaceGuid.PcdGicInterruptInterfaceBase from PrePeiCoreUniCore.inf,
as they are not in fact used by the module.
