Code Issues Packages Projects Releases Wiki Activity

Update the release notes:

Browse Source 
Add the descriptions for IntelFrameworkModulePkg, Nt32Pkg, FatBinPkg, EdkShellBinPkg. They should support EdkII Prime build.
