c82ca2bb44 MdePkg: Move MEMORY_TYPE_* Defines to EFI_MEMORY_TYPE Enum
Per TCBZ2372, clang on Linux emits a warning if an enum-typed variable
is compared with a constant outside of the range of the enum. Such
comparisons are performed in multiple locations in DXE core on
variables of type EFI_MEMORY_TYPE. This patch moves the OEM and OS
reserved types into the EFI_MEMORY_TYPE enum itself to resolve this
issue and improve readability. This commit does this for the MdePkg
copy of this enum.

According to UEFI Spec 2.10 page 206, if any EFI_RUNTIME_SERVICES* calls
are not supported for use by the OS at runtime, an EFI_RT_PROPERTIES_TABLE
configuration table should be published describing which runtime services
are supported at runtime. So need to add EFI_UNSUPPORTED return for some

61915c4144 MdePkg/UefiSpec: separate page access bitmask from SP and CRYPTO caps
REF:https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2982

Operating systems are capable of treating SP and CRYPTO memory capabilities
and not as attributes. This means that these capabilites cannot be hidden
from OSs. For this reason, the SP and CRYPTO bits should be separated from
the bitmask that we use for hiding the page-access attributes.
Common mask for ATTRIBUTES was introduced in
