MyronPorter e4a34497b4 Minor grammatical work--mostly adding periods. Items with ONLY period added did not have the heading date changed, but Items with content changes had heading copyright dates updated. Sending separately a list of files missing Doxygen @param and @return information. (PENDING)

mdkinney 7f22d35110 Fix file headers 
Move stack alignment check from CPU specific files into common SwitchStack() function and add VA_END() to SwitchStack().
Fix incorrect syntax for ASM_FUNCTION_REMOVE_IF_UNREFERENCED

vanjeff bb40027d7c move Ia32DivS64x64Remainder.c to Ia32/DivS64x64Remainder.c.

vanjeff cb41bea732 1. Removed AsmSwitchStackAndBackingStore from BaseLib.h 
2. Modified SwitchStack definition update to MWG 0.60e.
3. Added BaseLib/Ipf/InternalSwitchStack.c and removed BaseLib/Ipf/Non-existing.c
4. Updated any references of AsmSwitchStackAndBackingStore to SwichStack on IPF.

Added SwitchStack.c in Baselib\
Rename Ia32/SwitchStack.c to Ia32/InternalSwitchStack.c
Changed _SwitchStack() into InternalSwitchStack() in SwitchStack.asm and SwitchStack.s
Fixed one bug in LinkedList.c, that List length couldn't up to PcdMaximumLinkedListLength.
