Currently, the post-build scripts PostBuild.bat/PostBuild.sh in DuetPkg
need to be run manually. Especially for Windows batch script, it also
requires users to set the build options (like tool chain, target and arch)
in file Conf/target.txt. If users using command line options via '-t' or
'-a', the post-build script won't work properly.
The package DSC files now support the feature to execute post-build script
automatically by adding a 'POSTBUILD' definition. This feature also passes
the build options into the post-build script as parameters. This commit
uses this feature to make the post-build works for DuetPkg more
user-friendly. Also, ReadMe.txt is updated to reflect the new steps for
UEFI Emulation (DUET) development.

Current GetVariable implementation will return the first variable for
empty str VariableName, it is because GetVariable and GetNextVariablename
are sharing same function FindVariable.
But UEFI sepc defines SetVariable that If VariableName is an empty string,
then EFI_INVALID_PARAMETER is returned, that means an empty string variable
could never be set successfully, so GetVariable should return error for
empty string VariableName.

When a PCI bridge is not enabled, the secondary bus may still be zero.
This causes an infinite recursive call to enumerate bus 0 which results
in a stack overflow. The easy fix is to skip the recursive bus
enumeration for bridges which do not have the secondary bus initialized.

UEFI 2.6 spec has minor update to the Data parameter for GetVariable(),
and no real functional behavior change.
The modifier of Data parameter:
OUT VOID *Data
->
OUT VOID *Data OPTIONAL
The comments of Data parameter:
Data The buffer to return the contents of the variable.
->
Data The buffer to return the contents of the variable. May be NULL
with a zero DataSize in order to determine the size buffer needed.
The patch is to follow the spec to update the implementation.

When looping through all PCI functions, code should not look for functions
1-7 if function 0 is not present or if function 0 indicates the device is
not multifunction. Prior to this fix the code would use stale data in a
buffer to determine if a device is multifunction even if function 0 is not
present. This fixes a code bug and provides very small performance
improvements.
PCI 2.3 Specification states: They [multifunction devices] are also
required to always implement function 0 in the device. Implementing other
functions is optional and may be assigned in any order.

Each one of the DisqualifiedModes, IdentifyData and IdentifyValid arrays
in the EFI_SATA_CONTROLLER_PRIVATE_DATA structure is a matrix, represented
as a flat array.
The code currently uses the incorrect formula

[Channel][Device]
which can be implemented as
Channel * NumDevicePerChannel + Device
Add a helper function that does this, and replace the incorrect
