Per RFC7230, the URL must be a absolute-path when making a request directly to
the server. Since proxy is not supported now, all requests to the HTTP driver
are actually direct requests. This commit removes the scheme and the hostname
from the URL in the http request if the URL is an absolute-URI so that the HTTP
server can interpret the request properly.

If the default station address is not available, TransmitReceive

IpSecStop() is incompetent to send out the delete information since the underlying
IP child has been destroyed. Delete all established IKE SAs and related

DHCP4 service allows only one of its children to be configured
in the active state,If the DHCP4 D.O.R.A started by IP4 auto
configuration and has not been completed, the Dhcp4 state machine
will not be in the right state for the PXE to start a new round D.O.R.A.
so we need to switch it's policy to static.

GatewayIpAddress and SubnetMask do not exist in old IPv4_DEVICE_PATH,
IPAddressOrigin, PrefixLength and GatewayIPAddress do not exist in old
IPv6_DEVICE_PATH. This will lead new IScsiDxe to error without updating
IPv4_DEVICE_PATH and IPv6_DEVICE_PATH in system.
Following UEFI2.5 spec of IPv4_DEVICE_PATH do a check before accessing
fields only defined in new version's IPv4_DEVICE_PATH, and revise the same
issue for IPv6_DEVICE_PATH in Iscsi driver.

if the instance of the EFI DHCP4 protocol driver is in the Dhcp4Bound status
that is DHCP configuration has completed, so the Dhcp4->Start FUNC in
the PxeBcDhcpDora() will return EFI_ALREADY_STARTED status which lead to
EfiPxeBcDhcp FUNC not in correspondence with UEFI spec.

Dhcp6Dxe driver uses a new added dynamic PCD PcdDhcp6UidType in
NetworkPkg, but typically a pure UEFI driver are configured to
not allowed to access the dynamic PCDs in most platform, thus will
cause Dhcp6Dxe assert when it started. This patch add more PCD
access method types for module to use the PcdDhcp6UidType value
to fix the issue.

The code today always uses DUID-UUID unless there is an error in reading the UUID,
which results in falling through to DUID-LLT. This change allows the platform to
control the DUID method (DUID-UUID or DUID-LLT) using a platform dynamic PCD.

The IP6 driver may create duplicate IP6_DAD_ENTRY in DupAddrDetectList in some situation like:
1. Address policy switch but not clear the delay node list, OR
2. Set manual address repeatedly before the previous DAD is finished.
The NS sent out by duplicate DAD entry will mix up with the loop back multicast packet, result in DAD fail.

RFC1323 says the most recently received TSVal must be echoed in TSecr in ACK packets
which was not done at first connection because the code saving the TSVal from the peer
was skipped at this point. This resulted in sending an ACK reply with a 0 TSecr that
was rejected at least by FreeBSD. This patch fixes this by updating the saved TSVal
also for connection initiation packets.
