The library class DxeSmmDriverEntryPoint is no longer required.  It is identical to UefiDriverEntryPoint, so that library class should be used.  We can still have a different library instance for UEFI and DXE SMM drivers, but they can share the same lib class defintion.

qhuang8 9636e0321a Remove gEfiMdePkgTokenSpaceGuid.PcdUefiVariableDefaultTimeout. This Pcd was for framework BDS modules, which scattered in platform modules. Now we have new UEFI BDS in MdeModulePkg with the equivalent PCD “gEfiMdeModulePkgTokenSpaceGuid.PcdPlatformBootTimeOutDefault”

klu2 797a9d6791 MdeModule cleanup for PI: 
1) PeiMain:
   - Use PCD for bundle of status code which definitions are put into MdePkg.dec file.
2) DxeMain:
   - Use PCD for bundle of status code which definitions are put into MdePkg.dec file.
   - Do not produce SectionExtraction protocol which is belong to IntelFramework specification.
   - Update many macro for PI specifications.
3) DxeIpl
   - Use PCD for bundle of status code which definitions are put into MdePkg.dec file.
4) Add SectionExtractionDxe module (IntelFrameworkModulePkg)
   - This module will produce EFI_SECTION_EXTRACTION_PROTOCOL defined in framework specification. If a old platform want to use this protocol, then this platform need dispatch this DXE driver.

xli24 22142dbf7d Roll back the change made in rev.3778, which is a temporary fix for the issue that Tiger could not boot to OS with revision Edk2-r3776_R9-r2666. Now the root cause has been located and fixed, so it should be rolled back.

xli24 44a2c2dd00 Temporarily fix the issue that Tiger cannot boot to OS. Change the GUID of FirmwareVolume2 Protocol, to be the GUID of FirmwareVolume Protocol to provide compatibility for OS.

1) UefiLib adds features of RFC 3066/Iso639 language string and driver model protocols installation.

2) PeiCoreEntryPoint following PI.

3) UefiDriverEntryPoint following UEFI/EFI.

4) PeiServicesTablePointerLib following PI for IPF and x86.

5) Remove many CommonHeader.h. If there is only one C file in module, we should add the common headers in C file instead of creating a new CommonHeader.h.
