Said commit was not suitable for pushing during the edk2-stable201905 hard
feature freeze; it was pushed only by mistake. The subject line referenced
EmulatorPkg, but the patch changed MdeModulePkg/UiApp, regressing the
display of the CPU speed from SMBIOS in multiple platforms.

1.After the cleanup at "MdeModulePkg UiApp: Remove redundant functions",
the function "IsResetReminderFeatureEnable()" and the variable
"mFeaturerSwitch" become redundant so they have been removed.
2.Therefore, the "IF" expression has also been removed, whose judgment condition
is "IsResetReminderFeatureEnable()".

According to UEFI spec, the RouteConfig protocol function should populate
the Progress pointer with an address inside Configuration. This patch
ensures that these functions are compliant when EFI_NOT_FOUND is returned.

AllocateCopyPool(AllocationSize, *Buffer) will copy "AllocationSize" bytes of
memory from old "Buffer" to new allocated one. If "AllocationSize" is bigger
than size of "Buffer", heap memory overflow occurs during copy.
One solution is to allocate pool first then copy the necessary bytes to new
memory. Another is using ReallocatePool instead if old buffer will be freed
on spot.

There are cases that the operands of an expression are all with rank less
than UINT64/INT64 and the result of the expression is explicitly cast to
UINT64/INT64 to fit the target size.
An example will be:
UINT32 a,b;
// a and b can be any unsigned int type with rank less than UINT64, like
// UINT8, UINT16, etc.
UINT64 c;
c = (UINT64) (a + b);
Some static code checkers may warn that the expression result might
overflow within the rank of "int" (integer promotions) and the result is
then cast to a bigger size.
The commit refines codes by the following rules:
1). When the expression is possible to overflow the range of unsigned int/
int:
c = (UINT64)a + b;
2). When the expression will not overflow within the rank of "int", remove
the explicit type casts:
c = a + b;
3). When the expression will be cast to pointer of possible greater size:
UINT32 a,b;
VOID *c;
c = (VOID *)(UINTN)(a + b); --> c = (VOID *)((UINTN)a + b);
4). When one side of a comparison expression contains only operands with
rank less than UINT32:
UINT8 a;
UINT16 b;
UINTN c;
if ((UINTN)(a + b) > c) {...} --> if (((UINT32)a + b) > c) {...}
For rule 4), if we remove the 'UINTN' type cast like:
if (a + b > c) {...}
The VS compiler will complain with warning C4018 (signed/unsigned
mismatch, level 3 warning) due to promoting 'a + b' to type 'int'.

In current UI code, we use oneof opcode without storage for language
menu. If we change the language form A->B, then go to another form and
then go back to the front page, the language menu always shows A. Now
we fix this issue by retrieving the value of oneof opcode(language menu)
when display it.

Change file arrangement to let user easy customize the front page UI.
After this change:
1. UiCustomizeFrontPage function in FrontPageCustomizedUi.c use to
let user customize front page menus. UiFrontPageCallbackHandler
function use to handle the callback for the added menus.
2. FrontPageCustomizedUiSupport.c file used to add support functions
used by FrontPageCustomizedUi.c file.
3. After this change, only above two files need to be updated if front page
menus needed to be changed.

PcdSet## has no error status returned, then the caller has no idea about whether the set operation is successful or not.
PcdSet##S were added to return error status and PcdSet## APIs were put in ifndef DISABLE_NEW_DEPRECATED_INTERFACES condition.
To adopt PcdSet##S and further code development with DISABLE_NEW_DEPRECATED_INTERFACES defined, we need to Replace PcdSet## usage with PcdSet##S.
Normally, DynamicDefault PCD set is expected to be success, but DynamicHii PCD set failure is a legal case.
So for DynamicDefault, we add assert when set failure. For DynamicHii, we add logic to handle it.

When add driver option using file,input the description and then commit changes and exit,
it doesn't work.it caused by the commit 18216.When variable DriverOrderList in Variable.c
is NULL,it also need do the follow path,shouldn't return.Now change the code.
