lzeng14 4233bf7066 Enhance SmbiosDxe driver: 
1. If string length exceeds 65535 bytes, return error. So infinite loop will not happen because of UINTN overflow.
2. When a SMBIOS entry is added or updated, check if the total length of SMBIOS table exceeds 65535 bytes, if it happens, return error.

li-elvin 0ddd855318 Create smbios table when user adds/removes/Updatestring for a SMBIOS entry. It is for UEFI driver to access SMBIOS table in configuration table before boot.

davidhuang 310b04e6f1 1. PI SMBIOS Checkin. Major change include: 
1) Produce PI SMBIOS protocol in MdeModulePkg
2) Update all consumers (in CorePkgs and native platform pkgs) to consume SMBIOS protocol instead of DataHub
3) Pass ECC tool; Verify Nt32, Duet, Unix platform
