Handle g++ libs correctly, since ant incorrectly does not use g++ as the linker, we do this as a workaround.

removed require for different sections of <TianoImage> SEC,PEI_CORE,etc are now 0 - 1; Added new attribute tags to MsaAttributes for ModuleName, ModuleGuid, PackageName and PackageGuid. removed a couple of Attributes that are not used.

It is legal that same base name exist in one FPD file. In future, we should use "Guid, Version, Package" and "Arch" to differ a module. So currently, warning should be disabled.
