The previous ESRT driver unconditionally treat FMP to be
ESRT_FW_TYPE_DEVICEFIRMWARE.
EDKII System Capsule reuses FMP, but it is ESRT_FW_TYPE_SYSTEMFIRMWARE.
Add check to ImageTypeId check to see if it is ESRT_FW_TYPE_SYSTEMFIRMWARE.
