Jordan Justen 63b865c63c MdeModulePkg DebugSupportDxe: Convert X64/AsmFuncs.asm to NASM 
The BaseTools/Scripts/ConvertMasmToNasm.py script was used to convert
X64/AsmFuncs.asm to X64/AsmFuncs.nasm

Note: Also applied many manual cleanups where conversion script failed

Ia32/AsmFuncs.asm to Ia32/AsmFuncs.nasm

And, update Vect2Desc() to be same to original logic

Zeng, Star 6036e94dc9 MdeModulePkg: INF/DEC file updates to EDK II packages 
1. Usage information in INF file comment blocks are either incomplete or incorrect.  
This includes usage information for Protocols/PPIs/GUIDs/PCDs/HOBs/Events/BootModes.  
The syntax for usage information in comment blocks is defined in the EDK II Module Information (INF) Specification

vanjeff 03d77031fe 1. add gEfiDebugPortVariableGuid and gEfiDebugPortDevicePathGuid in MdePkg.dec, even though they are the same value with gEfiDebugPortProtocolGuid.

qhuang8 b3af5df67b Update all INF, DEC and DSC file to confirm to newest INF spec 0.44, DEC spec 0.41, DSC spec 0.40. 
Mainly PCD syntax update.
Check in new build.exe and GenFds.exe
Check in PcdSyntaxUpdate.exe tool.
