86e6cf98a8 BaseTools: Handle the bytes and str difference 
Deal with bytes and str is different, remove the unicode()
Using utcfromtimestamp instead of fromtimestamp.

bfa65b61dd BaseTools: Use absolute import in GenFds 
Based on "futurize -f libfuturize.fixes.fix_absolute_import"

Since circular import is not allowed after adopting absolute import, the
following changes are applied to break the circles.

* BaseTools/Source/Python/GenFds/Capsule.py
  - Delay "from .GenFds import GenFds" until GenCapsule()
  - Delay "from .GenFds import FindExtendTool" until GenFmpCapsule()
  To break the circle:
  AutoGen.AutoGen => GenFds.FdfParser => GenFds.Capsule => GenFds.GenFds =>
  GenFds.FdfParser

* BaseTools/Source/Python/GenFds/Fd.py
  - Delay "from .GenFds import GenFds" until GenFd()
  To break the circle:
  AutoGen.AutoGen => GenFds.FdfParser => GenFds.Fd => GenFds.GenFds =>
  GenFds.FdfParser

* BaseTools/Source/Python/GenFds/Fv.py
  - Delay "from .GenFds import GenFds" until AddToBuffer()
  To break the circle:
  AutoGen.AutoGen => GenFds.FdfParser => GenFds.Fd => GenFds.Fv =>
  GenFds.GenFds => GenFds.FdfParser

* BaseTools/Source/Python/GenFds/GuidSection.py
  - Delay "from .GenFds import FindExtendTool" until GuidSection()
  To break the circle:

  GenFds.AprioriSection => GenFds.FfsFileStatement => GenFds.GuidSection =>

86379ac48b BaseTools: Replace StringIO.StringIO with io.BytesIO 
Replace StringIO.StringIO with io.BytesIO to be compatible with python3.
This commit also removes "import StringIO" from those python scripts
that don't really use it.

a743986df8 BaseTools: Fix a bug for different FV use same FILE statement Guid 
We meet a case that different FV use same FILE statement Guid, but the
FILE content is different. current we use the Guid value as Ffs file
dir which cause the ffs file will be override. This patch use Guid
value and Fv name as ffs dir for FILE statement.

f8db6527da BaseTools: Fix the bug to handle the read-only file 
change the 'r+b' to 'rb' for some file's open, since these files we only
read it and no need to write. It can fix the bug that the file's attribute
had been set to read-only.

cfaaf99bdd BaseTools/GenFds: Fix the bug for wrong alignment generate for RAW file 
When do the multiple raw file support feature, it cause the regression
that the raw file section alignment value was wrongly overridden by the
single raw file. this patch: 1) fix the wrong overridden bug. 2) remove
the duplicate code for combine multiple raw file into one.

860992ed70 BaseTools: Extend the RAW format to support multiple binary files 
Current FDF spec updated to support multiple binary files for RAW File
in the [FV] and [Capsule] section. For the multiple normal files, it may
have the optional FfsAlignment.
Example:
FILE RAW = 197DB236-F856-4924-91F8-C1F12FB875F3 {
 Align=16 $(PLATFORM_PACKAGE)/Binaries/File1.pdb
 Align=16 $(PLATFORM_PACKAGE)/Binaries/File2.pdb

1be2ed90a2 There is a limitation on WINDOWS OS for the length of entire file path can’t be larger than 255. There is an OS API provided by Microsoft to add “\\?\” before the path header to support the long file path. Enable this feature on basetools.
