The "Configuration Changed. Reset to apply it now?" screen does not show up after restoring setup values to default using the F9 hot-key.

Set gResetRequired flag to TRUE after default setup values are restored.

Use the parameter” LEFT_SKIPPED_COLUMNS” to adjust the position from the beginning of the line to the beginning of the menu string.
The arrow position and the beginning of the menu string are fixed in one block space.

1. For LoadImage() service, EFI_ACCESS_DENIED return status is added, and EFI_SECURITY_VIOLATION return status description is updated. Meanwhile, EFI_PE32_IMAGE_PROTOCOL. LoadPeImage() in MdeModulePkg is also updated to match LoadImage() service.

2) Update BaseSerialPortLib16550 to use this new PCD.
This addresses an issue that was introduced on Feb 3, 2011 when all references to Carrier Detect(CD) were removed from the BaseSerialPortLib16550. When that change was made, a target would block on the first Tx operation if hardware flow control was enabled and no cable or serial application was running on a host. Now the behavior when no cable is connected or no serial app is running on the host is controlled through a PCD. The default is for the target to continue execution even if there is no cable or serial app running. If PcdSerialDetectCable is set to TRUE, then the target will block on any transmit that does not have a cable connected or a serial app running in the host.
If hardware flow control is disabled, then this update will have no impact on behavior.

1. Abstract the maximum baseline and character height in Proportional Font package as its baseline and line height, and use fixed height as base line and line height for simple font packages.
2. Update logic to handle string without EFI_HII_OUT_FLAG_CLIP_CLEAN_Y flag when string height exceeds the line height, and handle the string without EFI_HII_OUT_FLAG_CLIP_CLEAN_X flag when string wide exceeds the screen wide.
3. Calculate Origin point by adding BaseLine on Starting position, and calculate the left-top corner of character by Origin point and CELL information.

1. Fix the incorrect definition of EFI_PCI_IO_ATTRIBUTE_VGA_IO_16 (does not conform to the UEFI spec) in PciIo.h.
2. Add missing definitions of ISA and VGA IO attributes in PCI Root Bridge IO protocol.
3. Improve the algorithm in the PCI bus driver to get PCI platform policy from PCI Platform Protocol and PCI Override Protocol.
4. Update the PCI bus driver to use the PCI platform policy to determine the supported attributes that are returned by the EFI_PCI_IO_PROTOCOL.Attributes() function. This is required by the PI spec.
5. Add a backward compatibility workaround for PCI VGA drivers in Option ROM, which typically sets VGA_IO without checking supported attributes.
6. Update the PCI host bridge driver in PcAtChipsetPkg to report VGA_IO_16 and ISA_IO_16 instead of VGA_IO/ISA_IO attributes. Modern chipsets don’t have hardware capability to control 10-bit or 16-bit decoding for ISA/VGA aliases.
7. Update LPC/VGA device drivers to check supported attributes of VGA_IO/VGA_IO_16 or ISA_IO/ISA_IO_16.

The C ellipses parameters are passed to functions differently
by default with GCC 4.4. To make sure they are properly sent to
VariableGetBestLanguage, we add 'EFIAPI' to this function.

This check-in fix the issue by adding a flag to indicate if a HPC is found during PCI enumeration or not. This check-in also adds a debug message if any found HPC failed with initialization.

This solution defines a PCD Feature Flag to enabled support for unaligned requests through the PCI I/O Protocol. This flag is disabled by default. Platforms that do want to support such EFI/UEFI drivers that make unaligned PCI I/O requests should enable this feature.

But current PCI bus driver has a bug that if a P2P bridge has no child devices detected during enumeration, the bits won’t be set. This may impact PCI hot plug capable bridges because the OS may re-assign resources for them causing the reserved resource by the firmware will be overwritten.

If PI SMM IPL will be dispatched before the CPU AP is installed for a platform, the platform developer is expected to set cache-ability of SMRAM to WB earlier to improve performance of SMM initialization.
