Olivier Martin eff98cf9da EmbeddedPkg: Remove dependency on TimerLib 
UEFI drivers should not depend on TimerLib. They should
use BS.Stall() instead.

Olivier Martin dbfd80d873 EmbeddedPkg/Isp1761UsbDxe: Driver for the NXP ISP1761's USB peripheral controller 
This driver doesn't support OTG - it simply sets the NXP ISP1761 in pure
peripheral mode.
