Currently the EFI_FILE_EXPLORE_FORMSET_GUID value in BdsDxe in
IntelFrameworkModulePkg is same with the GUID VALUE in FileExplorerLib.
This patch is to modify the EFI_FILE_EXPLORE_FORMSET_GUID in
FileExplorerLib to avoid potential issue.
